HEZEKIAH Revelation

Pastor Rice provided copies of reading the bible through in a year chronologically, I just wanted to share a revelation I got this week that I had never seen before.

It was the reading for July 22 - I read the Amplified Bible.  2 Kings 20:1-11; Isaiah 38:1-8; 2 Chronicles 32:24-31; Isaiah 38:9-22; 2 Kings 20:12-19; Isaiah 39:1-8 (Amplified Bible)
Hezekiah was given a very short time live, told by Isaiah to put his house in order because he was going to die. He prayed to God to heal him, and God answered his prayer by telling him he would give him an additional 15 years of life. What a miracle! He asked for a sign that would show it was really from God, so God asks him if he wants God to put time ahead 10 steps on the sundial, or 10 steps back on the sundial. Hezekiah says it would be too easy to put it ahead 10 steps, so put it behind 10 steps, which God does - another miracle!
So, Hezekiah is healed. The king of Babylon sends some people to speak to Hezekiah regarding this healing and through the conversation, he shows them all the treasuries in his storehouses. Isaiah tells him he has done wrong and that he will lose everything as well as some of his children.
Hezekiah says (paraphrased) oh, yah, but I'll be ok though, huh.
   WHAT?????????
THANKS FOR GIVING ME 15 YEARS GOD.
SEE YA IN THE FUNNY PAPERS.
Let your judgments fulfill in future generations, as long as it's not in mine. How magnanimous can a person get.
Oh, that none of us would ever thumb our noses to a most perfect God whose mercy and grace are on our lives from beginning to end.
Let my prayers always be for God's will in my life, not self-will as was Hezekiah's prayer, that I would actually want deliverance from my sin instead of "getting what I want because I'm in a jam."

The weekend - a weekend of "soul harvest"

God is in the house, can you say "AMEN."  Prayer works, and people are responding to the Gospel.  We went out street preaching Friday night, and seven souls prayed for salvation!  Saturday morning we hit the streets at another church having a revival with Artie Aragon - 12 souls!  Saturday night our church took it to a park with music and refreshments.  12 more souls!  Hallelujah!

We will not survive living in a mountain.  We must live where God can use us, to outreach to others who have not heard.  This is Montezuma's Castle in AZ.  There was a tribe of indians that lived in the mountain and came down to farm and hunt.  These people did not disappear through a war, they left their dwelling with other tribes - they were assimilated into society.  We, as Christians must stand out, proclaiming the Gospel, the Good News of Jesus Christ, not be assimilated into a worldly society.

Scott's Beast! end of the line

well, the guy came today to take photos and describe the damages to send to the claims adjuster.  he was pretty bummed out because he said the vehicle would probably be totaled, and the body was in such good condition.  he was a 60s muscle car guy and really appreciated a nice looking older vehicle.  hopefully we'll get the top end value for this vehicle.  have a great day.

Ah, finally feeling better.  Last week I was "in the zone", you know, where life passes you by and you just watch it go.  I could only "rest", read and pray.  I didn't know how bad I really felt until I started getting better.  Must have been more than a week of that. ewwwwwwwww.

I got a lot done today, sent out the Alongside post card, several other business issues got cleared up also, hallelujah.

Now, the fun part of cleaning house tomorrow, another ewwwwwwww.

It is so wonderful to feel good again!  Thank you Jesus.

We had a pastor preaching yesterday's services from Australia.  He and his wife had come to attend the Prescott Bible Conference and Pastor Rens asked him to preach for us before they went home.  It was Holy Ghost.

July 4th Celebration, Prescott, AZ, Courthouse Plaza

Had the opportunity yesterday to go to Prescott to attend the "God and Country" evangelistic presentation.  It was a powerful, anointed presentation, about how the country was founded on prayer and evangelism.  All branches of service were honored, as well as all the wars and conflicts in which we have been involved.  At the end Pastor Mitchell held an altar call - 17 souls came forward for salvation, HALLELUJAH!

Prayers Answered

Scott's accident prayer answered:  Hallelujah!  Yesterday the father of the driver called us with insurance information!  And, Scott got the motorcycle endorsement put back on his license without having to take the test again!!!!!  (It's a hard test!)  The lady at DMV said the supervisor who approved it was leaving next Friday, and the new person coming in would not have approved it, so, praise God!  The police officer that told Scott he had an outstanding arrest warrant for the City of Phoenix had the wrong Scott Fuller, Praise God!

Mike's chest pains prayer request answered:  He is out of the hospital, no diagnosis of what is wrong with him, but they ruled out that he had a heart attack or stroke. Praise God!

It's the small, day-to-day decisions we make to do right is what keeps our faith "on the rock" hallelujah.  Just like those birds seeking a place to stay until their next flight, so do we.

We are heading up to Prescott today for the "God and Country" celebration in the courthouse square.  Thousands of people will see how God has used our country to defend the world through a military presence and hear a very clear gospel message and we are praying that many will respond to the invitation to receive Christ.  This is a presentation that is totally anointed by God as people have prayed for His inspiration to seek and save the lost.

Have a great day.

Pix of the truck - and a prayer request

Well, here it is.  The insurance representative working on it wrote:
I called the phone number for the other person’s insurance company and they could not locate a policy for him. I ran the VIN and only found the vehicle was impounded several years ago. It looks like the person who was driving the other car is uninsured. I would suggest that you move your car so you will not incur any further storage fees. If the other driver is in fact uninsured you can file an uninsured motorist bodily injury claim for Scott under your policy.

Please pray for revelation of the other driver's info.  God is in control, hallelujah!

Thank God for His protection!
