The tomb is empty! Happy Easter Morning!

2 Samuel 6:12; 1 Chronicles 15:1-28; 2 Samuel 6:12-16; 1 Chronicles 15:29; 2 Samuel 6:17-19; 1 Chronicles 16:1-43; 2 Samuel 6:19-23 (New King James Version)

The Ark Brought to Jerusalem
David had the Levites sanctify themselves for service to the Lord to prepare to bring the ark of God to Jerusalem.  As it was carried by the Levites there was great celebration, music and singing, and David danced with great joy before the Lord.

Michal, Saul's daughter, his wife, looked at it and despised him for doing that.

The Ark Placed in the Tabernacle
David’s Song of Thanksgiving
"Let the heavens rejoice" is in this Psalm, also, "His love endures forever."

Regular Worship Maintained
Ooooooooooh, David goes home and Michael blasts him for worshipping God!  Not good!  She confronts him for the way he has done it, claiming he did it for people and not God.  She is barren for the rest of her life.

Be careful how you observe others.
